ArtCraft AI: the open-source studio for controllable AI images and video
Before the Crafting Apps, there was ArtCraft itself, which the team calls "the IDE for artists". Instead of re-rolling prompts, you block out a scene in 3D, pose characters, set the camera and composite layers, then generate with the model you choose: Seedance 2.5, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney and more than 60 others.

Image to Location
Place virtual actors in a consistent environment and plan several shots in the same room.
3D compositing
Layer backdrops, foregrounds and props in 3D to build compositions with real depth before you generate.
Character posing
Pose a mannequin, set the camera, then transfer your character's identity onto the pose.
Image to 3D mesh
Turn an image into a 3D object you can position, rotate and frame precisely.
Canvas editing
Draw, mask and inpaint to control exactly where an image changes, or describe edits in words.
Image to video
Animate a still with Seedance, Kling, Veo, Sora and other video models, with start and end frames.
ArtCraft AI models
ArtCraft routes to its own hosted catalog plus Grok, Midjourney, Sora and World Labs. Integrations with more Kling, Google, Runway and Luma options are planned. Availability changes often; the in-app list is the source of truth.

ArtCraft AI pricing
The software is free, with no subscription required. Hosted generations use credits (1 credit = $0.01). Optional plans from getartcraft.com/pricing (October 2026):
- Basic: $10/month, 1,000 credits
- Pro: $35/month, 3,750 credits
- Max: $60/month, 6,600 credits
- Credit packs: one-time top-ups that never expire
Credits are refunded if a generation fails. You can also bring your own compute or existing third-party subscriptions. Prices change; check the official pricing page.

ArtCraft AI vs the Crafting Apps
Same team, different jobs. ArtCraft generates images and video with AI models. The Crafting Apps (PhotoCraft, VectorCraft, FilmCraft and ten more) are traditional editors, free open-source alternatives to Adobe and Office that you can use online. Many people generate in ArtCraft and finish in PhotoCraft or FilmCraft.

Where do I download ArtCraft?

How is ArtCraft different from prompt-only AI generators?

You own the software, it runs on your desktop, and you choose among many providers instead of one. The focus is control: 3D blocking, posing, compositing and masks, so results are repeatable rather than a lottery of prompts.
